The Moto G6’s price has leaked again, this time courtesy of US retailer Fry’s. Better still's we may now have a clearer release date the Moto G6, G6 Play and G6 Plus.
Fry’s briefly listed pages for both the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Plus before pulling them down – but not before Android blog Droid Life managed to grab hold of them.
Not a lot of new information was revealed, but Fry’s did give us a much better idea of the G6’s plus date, with the listing saying the Moto G6 was due to ship on May 10, while the G6 Plus was pegged to enter the wild on May 17.
The base 32GB G6 model was listed by the site at $249.99 unlocked and G6 Play priced at $199.99, which roughly aligns with the leaked Amazon UK list we spotted which had the Moto G6 heading your way for £239.99.
Other than that, it’s more of the same. We’re still the Moto G6 to features 5.7-inch 18:9 display, Snapdragon 450 SoC, and come offered with either 32GB or 64GB of on-board storage, along with Android 8.o Oreo and a dual-camera setup on the back.
The cheaper Moto G6 Plus will feature the same screen, but come with a Snapdragon 430 chipset instead and a lone rear-facing snapper.
Should the May release date prove accurate, that means we can probably expect a Moto G6 Plus event in late-April or early-May.
